About the channel
Laugh-out-loud, feel-good, thought-provoking sport life content from around the world – that's what we like, right? Not for us betting, horrendous looking 'sport fail' movies or reams of football just because we love sport. My name’s Jo Gunston, and I'm a roving sport blogger, creator and curator of entertaining content for like-minded souls. As well as publisher of Sports Liberated, which, along with this TV channel encompasses a website, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram platforms, I'm also a regular contributor for Olympics.com. Via Sports Liberated, though, I take you behind the scenes of sports events – such as when I was a dancer at the London 2012 Olympics opening ceremony; review the best of sport & adventure books, documentaries & podcasts; and share sport travel ideas. So much good content gets lost among the crud so subscribe to Sports Liberated TV if you also love the the idiosyncrasies, emotion, and lessons of life through a sporting lens.
