About the channel

Our channel helps provide relief from stress & anxiety. We have a large variety of relaxing videos to choose from ranging from nature sounds, relaxing music, and guided meditations. Sean has an Adv Dip in Music, a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, & a Masters in Social Work. He is also a certified Yoga Instructor & Reiki Practitioner. Elita is a Certified Hypnotherapist, Life Coach, Mindfulness Practitioner, Law of Attraction Counsellor, Yoga Instructor, Sound Healer, & a Masters Degree student in Transpersonal Psychology & Consciousness Studies. The music/audio is produced by us. Images/video are either filmed by us or we've collaborated with another creator, which is always transformed into something new & unique. We edit, mix, & master the audio in Protools & create the video in Premiere Pro.
