About the channel
Are you ready to start a consulting business? There’s no better time to start than now. My name is Perminus Wainaina, CEO, Corporate Staffing Service ltd, a leading HR firm in Nairobi Kenya. I have been a consultant for over 10 years having founded Corporate Staffing in 2009. I have experienced it all, the highs and lows. From a start-up with no clients and zero employees to now where we have consulted for over 1,800 employers across East Africa and from zero staff to 22 permanent staff and 35 outsourced. I know what it takes to make it as a consultant. On this channel, I get to guide you on step by step process on how to be a consultant. Our key areas on this channel will be; how to get that first client, the pitfalls to avoid when starting off, how to market yourself and how to break even in the consultancy business, here in Kenya. Subscribe as I walk you through this journey.
