About the channel

Street Surf School (SSS) is a child protection-based institution at Cox's Bazar in Bangladesh. This Surf Club works with most vulnerable children in Cox's Bazar. The SSS was founded by Mr Ramjan Mia, a humanitarian worker who mentored us and dozens of kids on surfing and positive ways to achieve a better life. Our lives are now dedicated to improving the lives of impoverished children through surfing, Formal and Informal education, Sea safe training, life skill, Child protection training, exercises, and friendship. Many of our kids homeless, orphans, abandoned by their families or refugees. The surf club is all they have, so they keep coming. We manage to provide ten or more meals a day and liaise with NGOs to help them to have other activities according to SSS monthly activities plan and schedule.
