I taught yoga from 1998 to 2019, worked as a yoga therapist from 2007 and as a breastfeeding counselor/trainer, mindfulness teacher, hypnotherapist & āyurvedic counselor using the psycho-biological symbolism of illness. I put many of these 30+ years of skills to use in every session.
