I'm your trainer, Sydney Cummings Houdyshell, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Women's Fitness Specialist, and Stretching & Mobility Coach. My husband, Dustin, and I are the founders of Royal Change, a fitness and apparel company. I've been an athlete my entire life and competed as a Big 12 Track & Field high jumper at West Virginia University, which is where my passion for strength and movement really came to life. After losing my younger brother in 2017, I felt called to create something bigger than myself. I wanted to build a legacy of helping people live stronger, healthier lives. Dustin and I started creating workouts that anyone could access anytime, anywhere. What began with one camera and a mission to help more people has grown into a global community training together every day. No matter where you're starting, you're welcome here.
