Our Workshop team are the unsung heroes of The Tank Museum. And with the major King Tiger V2 project about to start, it’s time we shone the spotlight on our “men (and women) in black”! This isn’t just about history. Here, we’ll focus on the engineering: the maintenance, preservation, restoration and conservation. In the Workshop, we’ll go behind the scenes and behind the history. And we won’t just explain what we’re doing - but how we’re doing it and why we’re doing it that way. These are the machines that shaped our history. Now we’re going to tell the stories that lie beneath the engine decks.
