About the channel

I've been involved in bear management since 2006. My goal, to keep grizzly bears on the landscape. They are important part of our ecosystem & need protection. We do that through educating, making people aware, keeping the bears & public safe. Human-Wildlife Conflict Management is the only way to keep that balance and harmony. Over the years I volunteered with bear programs, eventually being hired by Parks, I put in 7 seasons, I did assignments with Pipeline Construction Projects, mining, and the oil/gas Ind. From 2020-24 , I travelled to the Arctic to work barren land grizzlies, and polar bears in the Yukon, NWT, Nunavu, Baffin Island and Labrador. In 2024 I took on assignments with the North Warning System, a copper mine in northern BC, a pipeline project near Grande Prairie, Alberta, and for another pipeline north of Terrace, BC. As the spring is months away, I am looking at new adventures and challenges within bear management, I am already being booked!
