About the channel
The most relatable fitness, wellness and lifestyle youtube channel. Brought to you by someone who is currently going through it. She's in the trenches, life is chaos and she is battling. This is not the before and after shot. This is the during. I am not super strong. I am not super fit. But I bloody love a challenge and particularly a fitness challenge. Whether its in the gym or running.. but I am constantly striving for better health. Oh yeah I also have this pesky little disease called endometriosis. Now why call myself an athlete? Well why the bloody hell not! I honestly do love my workouts and I do workout almost every day... sounds like an athlete to me. I am only missing the insane fitness, the abs and the talent... oh well. So come along with me if you are just another average human who has a passion for all the things and let's go on the journey together!
