The official YouTube channel for the Gilmore International Piano Festival. Located in Kalamazoo, MI, the Gilmore International Piano Festival produces an annual piano festival, bringing together some of the world's most sought-after classical, jazz, and contemporary artists. Every four years, The Gilmore honors an exceptional classical musician with the Gilmore Artist Award and an exceptional jazz musician with the Larry J. Bell Jazz Artist Award. Each recipient receives a $300,000 prize, making these among the largest awards of their kind in classical and jazz music. Between festivals is the Rising Stars Series, as well as educational events and programs.
