Hello everyone! Welcome to The Hungry Hussey YouTube channel. I sure appreciate you stopping by. My name is Matthew Hussey and I love to cook for my family and friends. I also enjoy eating too! Most content will feature a Blackstone griddle, however I love cooking on The Big Green Egg, Instapot, and even in the oven! A few items I love to cook on the Blackstone griddle is breakfast food, steaks, pork chops, and anything else that may pop into my head. Being from North Carolina, I love some barbeque.
