About the channel
An average everyday middle aged guy with a passion for 80s and 90s alternative, New Wave, electronica, synthpop, synthwave, DarkWave and Celtic music. Just a fan, not a pro.Yes, my videos started off rather rudimentary and my style and skill set evolved over the years. You gotta crawl before you walk, and walk before you run. I refused to monetize my channel because I ethically could not make money off the music of people I admire and respect, so YouTube came along and blocked me from ever monetizing anything while they make money placing ads on my videos. This is a hobby and outlet for my creative juices; a passion project I guess, and definitely a labor of love. If you enjoy my work, thank you very much. If you're a subscriber, I doubly thank you. Drop a line any time! Steve The Lightning Man
