About the channel

The Pop Song Professor channel is about appreciating, creating, and celebrating deep lyrics. I teach English and research classes at a university and realized that I was studying things few "normal" people cared about (and few things I cared about for that matter). So I started analyzing pop songs, and here I am. If you stick around, you'll learn how what popular songs mean, hear a few songs roasted, get valuable video essays about artists, and maybe learn how to write lyrics too! You can support this project and choose songs I explain on my Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/ThePopSongProfessor #AvantLink Check out my merch store here: https://teespring.com/stores/pop-song-professors-store
