About the channel
There’s a disconnect between how punching is taught online and in gyms — and how elite fighters actually move. Most instruction emphasizes rigid mechanics and linear, robotic movement. However the elite pros and fighters you admire aren’t robotic. They’re fluid, integrated, and generate power through coordinated sequencing of the entire body. Punching power and elite ring movement aren’t things you’re *born* with. Nobody is born with a perfect golf swing or a 95 mph fastball. They learn these things just like you can learn how to move with grace and punch with power. As a Doctor of Chiropractic and lifelong student of boxing, I focus on the biomechanical layers beyond basic instruction — the "hidden" principles consistent among almost all elite pros which are almost never broken down in detail. My goal is simple: make elite movement clear, simple and teachable, so you can develop real speed and power, and improve your success, confidence and respect inside and outside the ring.
