About the channel

Hi and welcome. My name is Stu and I am a BABCP Accredited CBT therapist and Registered Mental Health Nurse from the U.K. I spend most of time working with people who have experienced trauma, and working with networks around such people. I specialise in a few modalities, particularly CBT, ACT and EMDR. My aim for this channel is to try and make information more accessible and share what I can. I hope you find something helpful here.
