About the channel
Welcome to Rodway’s Point! I’m building an off-grid home and restoring my family’s historic land in Baine Harbour, Newfoundland—with my two dogs, Beacon and Rusty, by my side. Join us as we turn this 8.5 -acre property into an off-grid cabin resort, one challenge at a time. From land clearing and DIY construction to living simply and sustainably, every step is part of a bigger dream rooted in heritage and heart. You’ll see the good times, the hard work, and plenty of honest moments in between. Whether we’re braving Newfoundland’s weather, solving unexpected challenges, or just enjoying a quiet sunset, we’re doing it all off the grid. Thank you for supporting this journey—it means the world! #OffGridLiving #RodwaysPoint #NewfoundlandHomestead #CabinBuild #DogLifeOffGrid #BaineHarbourNL #LandRestoration #DIYOffGrid #RustyAndBeacon #HomesteadingCanada 🙏🐾 Channel address: Box 52, Main Rd, Baine Harbour, NL A0E 1A0 Email: jamesrodway39@outlook.com
