About the channel
YouTube channel for wrinkledrunner.com A blog written by a 50+ year old with a passion for running! Join me as I train for my first marathon and beyond. I am a running coach certified through the RRCA who wants to get more people out running...especially those of us over 50. Here on YouTube, I will be doing recipe videos, reviews of running gear, and chatting about running in general. Subscribe now so you don't miss any part of the conversation! Head over to wrinkledrunner.com and look around over there, or find The Wrinkled Runner podcast on Apple Podcasts, Stitcher, Spotify or anywhere you get your podcasts. I love to help anyone who asks for it. So many times questions that come from my viewers go on to become YouTube videos, blog posts and podcast topics. You can email me at sherry@wrinkledrunner.com with any questions you may have. Make sure you subscribe to see if your question becomes a video!
