About the channel
Thinking Critical delivers raw, sarcastic comic book analysis from an industry outsider who doesn’t care about hurt feelings. Built for real fans who want quality over corporate fluff and modern BS—this channel puts comics first. Expect blunt reviews, industry analysis, and honest takes on Marvel, DC, indie comics, and the state of the industry—without the clickbait or corporate spin. Hosted by Wes — a Christian, husband, father, and veteran of the Afghan War. He’s commanded satellites, worked inside a mountain, and served around the world from Alaska to England to Korea. Now living abroad with his wife and three sons, Wes brings coverage from a fan’s point of view—because the medium deserves better. New videos daily. Retro reviews, exclusive podcasts, and full-access content available through channel memberships. If you're tired of being lied to by people who hate the fans—subscribe and stay sharp.
