About the channel

Welcome to Wise and Wild of America, a series of interviews and videos meant to inspire and empower you in your self authorship journey! I am Adina Dabija and in my day to day life I am an author and a health care provider, I help people find their voice, their authentic expression and their purpose with a wide spectrum of practices, from acupuncture and functional medicine to hypnosis and structured movement such as qi gong and kung fu. I am also a mother of two young daughters and when I started this series they were both teenagers, during the pandemic, so I decided to start this series to offer them and other teenagers like them some grounding inspiration and proximity to those who achieved results in their creative vision. This series of interviews with some of the “wise and wild” I’ve met on my path will hopefully provide some grounding highlights to you too on your road to self-reclamation! I hope you enjoy it!
