About the channel
I'm Juhani. I come from Finland, Espoo now living in Weilheim in Oberbayern, Soutern Germany. I run, mostly on trails, mostly long distances. Sometimes I run very long distances. I'm not very good at it, and definitely not fast. I just like it. This channels is my way of documenting my fitness journey I started at the age of 45 by learning to actually run for the first time in my life. Somehow it has lead into me running ultra-distance trail runs over mountains and training for a long-course triathlon. Running doesn't have to be painful, nor boring.
