About the channel

I'm Juhani. I come from Finland, Espoo now living in Weilheim in Oberbayern, Soutern Germany. I run, mostly on trails, mostly long distances. Sometimes I run very long distances. I'm not very good at it, and definitely not fast. I just like it. This channels is my way of documenting my fitness journey I started at the age of 45 by learning to actually run for the first time in my life. Somehow it has lead into me running ultra-distance trail runs over mountains and training for a long-course triathlon. Running doesn't have to be painful, nor boring. You don't have to be young to do incredible things. Find my trailrunning coaching service at: https://yourtrail.run Anywa,y I think I'll go for a run...

Champion mentality.

"Best motivational videos. All you need to be on fire. To hit the gym and daily goals. When we think that you are alone and not body support you here im to encourage you to be strong. There is an energy stronger than us."

Cristina Films

"I used to spend hours watching “motivational” videos, dreaming about a different life… while staying stuck in the same routines. I’d always say “I’ll start tomorrow”—but tomorrow never came. This channel is my journey of changing that."
