Studio Owner, Teri has been changing lives since the beginning of her fitness career, 1999! In 2010 she opened ZT's, the 1st boutique fitness studio in Stuart, FL. She mentors & trains a team of professional, enthusiastic & dedicated instructors that will motivate YOU to Improve your Health, Fitness Levels, Raise Your Quality of Life, & Accomplish Your Personal Goals! You will be inspired & driven to succeed while challenging yourself at your own pace! We offer not just physical guidance & endless support, but mental and nutritional advice, which are the linking key aspects of true wellness. Our extremely welcoming atmosphere created by our "ZT's Familia" and every smiling member you encounter is contagious! We pride ourselves in helping members achieve goals & have fun while doing it…We stay current & fresh while focusing on all aspects of wellness, not just weight loss.
