Welcome to Healthy Design! I have a lot of different interests, and I imagine that you do as well. So...why don't we cover it all with a focus on how it relates to our health? Much of the information that I see relating to health, fitness, fat loss, etc., lacks context and nuance. Let's bring that back into the conversation. Your context, situation, life circumstances will have an impact on your health and what will work best for you. The principles are few, but how you can apply them varies temendously! Let's dive into different health conditions, what you can do to feel better, the Foundations Of Health and much, much more. Along the way, I'll share the different ways I apply those principles with the aim of being as healthy as possible.
