About the channel

📖 Economist by study 🏆 Youngest Hall of Fame Inductee into the Real Estate Institute of Australia 🤓 1x decade in the real estate industry 💰 Financially independent by 32 ($300k+ passive income in 9 years) 🥇 3x Winner of Australia's Buyers' Agent of The Year ✈️ Consulted to Family Offices (understand how the 1% invest) 🏬 3x business owner 💻 www.kentcliffe.com.au I've either been in the property industry too long, don't need to prove myself or happy to drop the fluff. I see too much thin content or marketing spin on Australian property investing. Do NOT copy this link: https://bit.ly/3eQ4cgA I plan to upload 2x weekly videos to give genuine property investment and wealth creation advice for Australian property buyers. This is a passion project of mine (no courses + no upsells). I obviously consult under RE|ALIGNED. BUT someone seeking free property investment advice is not my client anyway - so keen to give away everything I have learnt being a top-performer over the last decade!
