I live with schizoaffective disorder, and this channel is an honest reflection on recovery, identity, metabolic therapy, and what it means to live well with the complexity of serious mental illness. In 2024, I began medical ketogenic therapy as part of my treatment. It changed my life profoundly, helping me experience major symptom relief and taper off psychiatric medication. But healing is not a perfect before and after. This channel is about what comes after being defined by schizophrenia - the possibility, the grief, the setbacks, the growth, and the ongoing work of coming back to myself.
