Middle aged, average cyclist, powered by cake and questionable decisions. Join me as I chase marginal gains, avoid potholes (barely), try to run (sometimes) and fail miserably at keeping up with cyclists half my age. Lots of cycling on all terrains, bit of running, trend following, gear talk and the occasional mid-ride existential crisis - mostly in Lycra. Life may not start at 40 but its quite fun going downhill.....
