About the channel

This channel has been developed by the Physiotherapy department of Plymouth Hospitals trust. It is designed to be an adjunct to Physiotherapy treatment and not a replacement. After you have been assessed by your physiotherapist or GP you may be guided towards certain exercises on this channel and advised to perform them regularly. The videos are a very useful resource to help patients remember their home exercises and hopefully optimise their recovery. Depending on the condition and stage of recovery, your physiotherapist will advise you on the exact amount of repitions to perform of each exercise. We highly recommend to only start these exercises once you have been assessed by a health professional and advised to do so. If any of the exercises give you undue discomfort or pain please seek advice or re assessment from your health professional. Enjoy
