Helping you become the best version of yourself. Gaining in self awareness, so that you can make the right decision for your life. We practice many different meditation techniques on this channel. One in particular, is Meditation for transcendence, or vibrational meditation, that were designed for this youtube channel. The goal of these meditations is to bring you to a transcendental state of consciousness. This allows you to be fully present in the here and now.
