About the channel
Namastay - good to have you here! My name is Sara Lyn. I am a certified yoga & pilates teacher with more than 10 years experience in teaching. Besides my background as a ballet dancer I am a dedicated practitioner in Martial Arts and love to unite the beauty of movement with a strong alignment and a calm mind. On this channel you will therefor find Yoga Flows & Workouts for the perfect mix of strength & mobility which will help you to improve your physical posture but also will make you grow in your overall self-consciousness. Choose your mix from energetic Yoga Flows for different levels, Pilates and Mobility Workouts and chilled Yin Yoga Sequences. Don't forget: Your mat should be a space of safety and self-awareness. Don"t stress and keep in mind that consistency is the key to success. The more you stay dedicated to your practice the more you will grow from it. Trust the journey and enjoy the ride! Meet you on the mat! Much love and fun, Sara Lyn
