With over 20 years of training experience and competitive racing, I’ve discovered one thing: I LOVE IT. From experimenting with different training and nutrition methods to chasing personal records, fitness has become my passion and daily reset button. Now in my forties, I’ve also learned that growth comes from balance — pushing hard when it counts and recovering smartly. That’s why I created STEEL RINGS programming: a fresh approach to training that keeps you moving every day without burnout. Forget the usual “chest day” or “leg day” splits with 3 sets of 10 — instead, we'll focus on strategic methods that blend strength, conditioning, and progression.
