About the channel
Hi! We're Ariel & Michelle, and we welcome you to our channel, The Board Game Tutors. As academic tutors, we've found that grasping the most basic concepts is essential to learning any topic well. Our goal in creating this channel is to bring to board gaming what we've learned in academic tutoring. For each game that we cover, we'll start with videos that explain the essential elements of the game: what your ultimate goal is, and the basic rules regarding how you achieve that ultimate goal. We call these videos, "Just the Basics." Then, our "Advanced Concepts" videos will seek to give viewers a more in-depth discussion of the more complex elements of the game
