TRS - The Roving Scientist - Aka. Dr Jason

About the channel

Hello, I am Jason, otherwise known as The Roving Scientist. Roving owes to having been separated from my job with the US Federal Government in 2025; I was a senior researcher within the Department of Defense, and I focused on things like Trust in Autonomy, Human-AI partnership, and whole-human integration for ground vehicle robotics and occasionally some low-altitude aerial teaming (e.g. drones and helos). Now I enjoy gaming as a pasttime, but also because I am somewhat addicted to learning new and challenging things. It turns out, at age 52 -- I've allowed the whole world of gaming to be re-defined since I was last playing Mortal Kombat II on my brothers Sega Genesis while in college; this despite the fact that some of my research directly made use of gaming environments and "gameification" concepts to elicit complex human emotions and stressors. Nevertheless, this channel is part of my journey ... I'm posting things that I enjoy to re-watch and that I enjoy to make!
