About the channel
Hi everyone! Thanks for visiting my channel. I'm a 22 year old medical student who trains people on the side. I used to work as a personal trainer full time but now it's just a side hustle and something that I am passionate about. I created this channel in early 2020 to give an honest, unfiltered look into my own fitness journey, and to share some fitness resources and tips. I am strongly against creating fitness instructionals that are made just for monetizable content, which I find many other big names in the Youtube Fitness scene doing.
