Hello youtube I hope you are doing well, this year I decided to pick some health hobby and what could be more beneficial than calisthenics? I've been learning calisthenics for about 2 months and I've achieved 80% of the skills in 1.5 months, here in this channel I'll be posting all my journey about handstand, pike press, front lever, back lever, ring muscle up, 1 arm pull up, 90°HSPU, handstand pushup, handstand on dumbbells, handstand pushups on dumbbells and many more, I can also make some tutorials for all the skills and give you some personal tips that worked for me throughout my journey.
