Hi Everyone! Welcome to my channel called Uttarandhra Cuisine! Uttarandhra (North Andhra) is a region consisting of three North Andhra districts (Visakhapatnam, Srikakulam, Vizianagaram) of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. Uttarandhra Cuisine is generally known for its tangy, hot, and spicy taste. The region is one of the largest producers of Rice and Chillies.The cooking is very diverse due to vast spread of the people around the coastal area. Snacks and sweets vary in the method of preparation and the difference in name too. Because of a huge coastal are there are many varieties in non vegetarian, Also because of a huge produce of all kinds of vegetables there are many varieties in vegetarian food.
