I'm Audrey, a NASM certified trainer creating fun home workouts you can do anywhere. My goal is to make exercise feel approachable, positive, and never intimidating. On this channel you'll find real-time follow along workouts designed for all fitness levels. Many of my workouts are low impact, knee friendly, and no jumping, making them perfect for people who want an effective workout that’s also gentle on the joints. You'll also find music-themed workouts like Taylor Swift workouts and pop artist workouts, designed to make fitness feel fun, energizing, and something you actually look forward to.
