About the channel

Hi I'm Wanhee. I started my fitness journey when I was at university. I spent 10 years trying to build an aesthetic body. The best I achieved was what I call an ‘average-chubby’ physique. I’d train 5-6 times a week for 2 hours but the layer of fat was always there. Every diet I followed had me motivated at first. But eventually I’d binge on the weekends undoing all the good work. I thought building a lean & aesthetic body, the kind you see on movie screens was out of my reach. I wanted to give up. I realized that if i was ever going to make it, I couldn't follow those bodybuilders on youtube. I had to find a different way - a minimalist way. After changing my training philosophy and my diet, I began to transform... FAST. I got stronger, leaner, and more confident - all while training LESS. My mission is to show you that you can build your dream body without sacrificing your life or burning yourself to the ground. Welcome to Minimalist Training! - Wanhee
